The Manager is committed to achieving all programmatic goals and objectives outlined in the Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) contract and ensuring that the local WRO site provides high-quality services and that the program is in alignment with the WRO mission. This position will work closely with the Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) provider to coordinate monthly workshops and delivery of the WRO curriculum. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with education and training providers, employment partners, OHS staff, and other community resource organizations to contribute to client outcomes. ***QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS***: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, Social Work, Business Administration or a related field.
